In my role as Climate Mate, my aim is to help other producers and red-meat industry stakeholders throughout southern Queensland improve the use and knowledge of weather and climate forecasts through engagement, training, and gathering feedback to help inform further research and development.
As a fellow beef producer, I understand how important it is to marry seasonal forecast knowledge with economical and practical application to achieve productivity and sustainability.
